1. ENGINEERING

Comprehensive technical knowledge is required to clean dusty and dirty air. 2. PRODUCTION

ÇESAN continues its production with modern production techniques and technical staff specialized in its field. It uses non-corrosive, heat-resisting materials in adequate quality according to area of usage, and steel materials are sandblasted and inside and outside parts are painted against corrosion. All components from production of filter cartridges to sewing of filter bags are finically checked due to the sensitivity of filter materials and production in cartridge type filtration system. Electric remote control system, electricity and automation projects are designed and produced by the automation group. Complete filter system is subjected to a function test before the commissioning.

3. ASSEMBLY AND COMMISSIONING

ÇESAN Cartridge Filter System has a modular structure. By this means, ÇESAN’s experienced technical staff can commission filter systems in very short periods.

Jet Pulse Type

Jet Pulse Filter System has a high performance in holding all kinds of dust.

  • Flexible design and longer bags in height can be used.
  • Low operating cost with effective jet-pulse cleaning system.
  • Filter internal pressure decrease is lesser, this provides saving since a lower fan power is needed.
  • Since can be easily accessed and replaced in damaged bags and cages after opening the cover, this creates a lower maintenance cost.

It is less sensitive against characteristics of dust compare to other system. As a consequence, filter and filter size does not necessitate a detailed dust analysis. Change in dust characteristics do not create barrier against sustaining filter performance

Construction

ÇESAN Jet-Pulse Type Filters are composed of dirty gas inlet, main body on which cages where dust is separated are located, clean gas chamber, cleaning jet-pulse section, dust collecting bunker, conveying transferring helix, footings. In addition to these units, a main fan and chimney system providing absorption are added in the filter. Filter cages are sequenced vertically on dirt gas chamber on mirror sheet from upper part of the filter and contact with clean gas chamber is cut by bolting. Cleaning flap is assembled on clean gas side. Cleaning air is mounted on clean gas side. Mobile section does not exist in this system.

Operating Mode

While dust passes from dirty gas inlet through side surfaces of bag cages sequenced vertically, it accumulates on exterior surface of the bags on cages thanks to the absorption made on the middle of cage.

Dusts accumulated on bag surfaces on cages are poured in dust collecting bunker with instantaneous impacts of compressed air.

Dirty gas equally spreads on filter bags while entering in the filter from inlet nozzle. Gas flow occurs gravimetrically downward in this system and salt deposits on the bunker. Dirty gas is held on bag exterior surface and cleaned gas passes out from upper part of the bag. Main fan is connected to the filter by clean gas.

Filter bags are cleaned by means of compressed air. Compressed air is pushed to the center of bag through venturi. Venturi declines pressure losses and spreads along the long filter bag. Compressed air shock in high speed blows up the filter bag, by this way dust accumulated out of the bags is poured on the bunker when the bag is blown up.

Instantaneous compressed air shock waves are distributed by means of blasters. Repetition of air shock waves can be fixed or adjusted in accordance with resistance of filter bags.

Adjustability of air shock waves is appropriate for changing operation conditions. Shocking system optimized compatibly with compressed tank provides a practical solution in adjusting air shock with blasters. Dust accumulated on filter bag accumulates on bunkers with air shock. It is conveyed to any place desired with the conveyor system.

Cassette Type

Cleanness of bags is provided a secondary fan in this type of dust holders. The fan called as cleaning fan provides cleanness by blowing air on reverse direction of absorption direction to bags to be cleaned. Main advantage of this system is its ability of providing perfect solutions in the system with a narrow operating field.

Construction

ÇESAN Cartridge Type Filters are composed of dirty gas inlet, main body on which cartridges where dust is separated are located, clean gas chamber, cleaning car, driving mechanism, blowing (cleaning) fan, dust collecting bunker, conveying transferring helix and footings. In addition to these units, a main fan and chimney system providing absorption are added in the filter. Filter cartridges are sequenced over and over horizontally on edge of dirty gas chamber and contact with clean gas channel with elastic wedge and connected with cleaning car moving with impulse through a flexible pipe. The cleaning car is located outside with chain and steel rope which do not necessitate maintenance and its motion is provided with driving engine.

Operating Mode

While dust passes through side surfaces of the cartridges sequenced over and over horizontally downward from the dirty gas inlet, it accumulates on exterior surfaces of the bags on the cartridges through the absorption made in the cartridge. Dusts accumulated on bag surfaces on cartridges are dropped on the dust collecting bunker trough the air generated by blowing fan which generates air against dusts accumulated on bag surfaces in the cartridges.

The cleaning car closes three sequences of cartridges during the process of cleaning. So, dust raised by the air blown to the middle sequence is spilled in the dust collecting bunker without going to other cartridges due to the absence of absorption since right and left cartridges are closed.

The cleaning car repeats the same process by skipping one with the impulse in takes and this process continues without ceasing as it is programmed. Dusts separated from the cartridges accumulate in the bunker, and transferred to any place desired with helix.

Multicyclone Type

Cyclones type dust holder systems having higher emission values compare to bag systems are used in some compulsory conditions; it must be necessarily used in practices including:

  • Filtration of abrasive materials
  • Compulsion of operating in high temperatures
  • Compulsion of operating with high pressure.

Operating Principle

Air dust mixture absorbed by the main fan is received in the system from dirty gas channel. Air dust mixture is decomposed by a little cyclone group called as multicyclone. Particles in air mixture entered in cyclone are decomposed in this section. Dusts precipitated are thrown out with helix sheets, and the system meets dust holding process.

Design

It is welded in modular form, serially and in from of groups. Its impermeability is perfect compare to bolted system and by this means emission values are obtained below the emission values permitted internationally.

Another advantage of being produced in form of modules is that it provides cheapness in production. It also provides the possibility of assembly easier and more rapidly. Therefore, costs were minimized in production, transport, assembly and commissioning.

Replacement Of Cartridges

When large control doors are opened, all cartridges belonging to this module sequenced vertically can be easily accessed. Cartridges can be easily demounted from the middle of filter bag by one individual and then remounted with the same easiness.
